Tara and Toby have been married for 5 years and just had their first daughter. They live in Pennsylvania where Toby works for GE in Grove City and Tara is a stay at home mom. They have lived in PA for almost 2 years and are just getting used to the changes.
In November when Kensley Joy Norman was born, Sandy and Amanda had the privelage to fly to PA and stay with Tara, Toby and little Kensley.
